Cannot say enough good things about DockMasters! Our experience was great from planning to payment and there were no surprises, hassles, or need to manage their work.
We needed to make our existing structure safe and operational for 5 more years then will go to a whole new setup. This was the only company that did not try to over sell us modifications that were not necessary and would cost almost as much as a new structure.
DockMasters made sure everything was structurally sound, safe and stayed within our goals and budget. The crew did not waste any time and made sure we were happy with the initial steps then quickly completed the work, we barely knew they were there. I noticed that they kept a tidy workspace on their boat and they were efficient and clean, unlike several dock builders that have done work for neighbors and did not care that cut board ends, soda bottles, and all kinds of other trash went into the water.
The contractor reached out 2 weeks later, knowing we had our boat on the lift about a week, to make sure everything was working correctly and to be sure we had everything we needed.
I don’t write many reviews but that follow up was so far beyond what anybody else does anymore that I had to put this out there.
